This pendant is set with a marquise shaped faceted Ruby in 9ct yellow gold. The Ruby is surrounded with pave set Diamonds on a 9ct white gold background, all in a pretty heart shape design. The pendant comes complete with an 18in 9ct. yellow gold curb chain which is able to slide smoothly through the pendants scroll design bale. Ruby and diamond set heart section is 10x9mm. approx.
